Mochiko Chicken
2 lbs chicken, deboned
4 tbsps cornstarch
4 tbsps mochiko
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 tbsp green onions, chopped
4 tbsps sugar
5 tbsps Kikkoman® Shoyu
1 clove garlic, crushed

Combine marinade ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Soak chicken
in marinade at least 2 hours or overnight. Deep fry on medium heat until
golden brown.
